Just cuz it looks cool from the outside. Im sure they're closed down though. Looks like lots of construction has been stated to reinvent this place inside.

Really cozy and quaint place, has a nice atmosphere. The lady running the counter was very friendly and knowledgeable, and I loved the attention to detail. Each tea came with a little description card. Hidden gem, be sure to check it out once the wet counter and theatre open. Looking forward to coming back.
